Done! Paintings~
I finally finished with the paintings I'm entering in the art show!（イエイ～♪）
There aren't many because I was told (at the last minute) that my show space had to be cut in half (x_X). So, these are the paintings I decided to show... At least they're complete now, and I'll finally have a bit of free time again! Hooray!☆★

(This one is a covered bridge... I used too much liquin when I painted it. It's way too shiny to get a decent photo of. Either it has a terrible glare or appears blurry. It's blurry here... It looks a bit nicer in person *_*)

Thanks! Yes, I'm planning on selling these, though I'm not sure if I'll have any luck at this little art show. I'm planning on charging from $400-$800 or so... It sounds like a lot, but the people in this area tend to think art isn't any good unless it costs a lot (not that I'm complaining ;P)...

Oh, wow... You are so talented *3*b I can't help but be a bit jealous, haha! Nah, seriously though, these are really damn good. The way you draw water is just stunning, and I love your little water birds too (those ducks are indeed super-cute ♡).

It seems like, whenever I paint, I end up painting water... I have no idea why(x_X)--I guess it just looks nice.

The show was a weekend or two ago. It went well enough, though I didn't sell any paintings. Not many people who weren't already well known sold anything....

*nods* Water does indeed look nice, but it's very rare to see an artist capture it so well! And I honestly mean that, you know.

Urgh, how typical. People will only buy something if the creator is wellknown and/or trendy. Doesn't matter if it's some modern idiot who draws black dots or something equally pointless; if they are popular they will get their stuff sold no matter what. I'm sorry ;_;

Thank you! With some birthday money, I bought a whole bunch more painting canvases... So, there will be lots more paintings to come^^

And yep, that's how people typically are around here... The worst part is that the art by the the well know artists was the worst stuff there. Famous artists make total junk x_X

ショーでは絵を売らなかったけれど、
そこでたくさんの人に出会えてとてもよかったと思います。楽しかった♪
